After cover is replaced, would it be necessary to put a pole with black and yellow spiral lines on both sides of the cover to show where the cover is located for future purposes.

    Man-Hole Basin lid was slightly moved again when the grass was being mowed. The grass was so tall that the cover was not seen. I wanted to know if necessary to use a flat piece of steel like the type used in the street when under construction to place over the basin with a hole in the center if the steel with the man-hole cover bolted down to the steel plate, and then fasten, or stake down the steel plat in the ground to prevent movement in the future?

There is a second light in the edition that is out, but is not on the curbside. It is located between residents #115 and #117 that Serve a security purpose to both Majestic oaks and Howard Foss Court.
