Description
The two Man-hole covers have been moved about six inches from its original position and needs to be repaired. The location is on Howard Foss Drive behind Wind field Edition. After cover is replaced, would it be necessary to put a pole with black and yellow spiral lines on both sides of the cover to show where the cover is located for future purposes.
